Commercial Buildings

Connected, secure facilities for offices, warehouses, commercial sites and business centers — designed around how the building is actually used.

Problem

Buildings often have systems that do not work together.

Cameras, access control, cabling and Wi-Fi are frequently added one project at a time. The result is downtime, blind spots and expensive rework when the next upgrade arrives.

Solution

One structured deployment for the whole site.

SafeTag plans CCTV, access control, structured cabling, Wi-Fi, network and server infrastructure as a single project — so the building is connected, monitorable and ready to grow.

The site

Technology that fits the building, not a generic template

Offices, warehouses and business centers have different traffic, risk and connectivity needs. We start from how people, visitors and equipment move through the site, then design coverage, cabling routes and equipment rooms around that reality.

The aim is a maintainable installation: labelled pathways, documented racks and systems that security, IT and facilities teams can operate after handover.

What we put in place

Security, connectivity and infrastructure on one plan

Each building project can include one or more of these layers, installed so they share power, network and documentation.

Security

Protect entrances, floors and sensitive rooms with cameras and controlled access.

  • CCTV and IP cameras
  • Video surveillance and review
  • Access control at defined doors
  • Remote monitoring where connectivity allows

Connectivity

Give staff and systems a reliable network instead of ad-hoc cables and weak Wi-Fi.

  • Structured copper and fiber cabling
  • Switching and network design
  • Wi-Fi coverage for workspaces
  • Capacity planned for later growth

Infrastructure

Keep equipment rooms clean, serviceable and documented for the next technician on site.

  • Rack and cabinet installation
  • Power and mounting aligned with IT
  • Server and network layout
  • As-built documentation
Who it is for

Sites that need more than a one-off installation

This solution is for organizations that want the building itself to support daily operations — not a collection of disconnected devices. Each site type has different traffic, risk and connectivity needs; the deployment is planned around that.

01

Offices and corporate buildings

Reception, floors, meeting rooms and server rooms need controlled entry and a network that staff can rely on during the working day — without adding another isolated system at every upgrade.

  • Access control at main and internal doors
  • Camera coverage for public and sensitive areas
  • Stable Wi-Fi and structured cabling
  • A documented equipment room
02

Warehouses and compounds

Loading areas, yards and storage need wide camera coverage, cabling that survives a working site, and Wi-Fi that reaches beyond a single office block.

  • Perimeter and yard surveillance
  • Coverage across docks and storage aisles
  • Cabling and power planned for distance
  • Monitoring from a central point
03

Business centers and commercial facilities

Shared buildings have tenants, visitors and operators moving through the same doors and networks. Access and connectivity need clear boundaries so one occupant does not disrupt another.

  • Shared entrance and common-area security
  • Separate network paths where needed
  • Wi-Fi for common and tenant spaces
  • Handover records for building management
How we work

Survey, design, install, document

A clear sequence from the first site visit to handover — so security, IT and facilities teams know what was installed and how to operate it.

01

Survey

We walk the building, review existing cameras, cabling and access points, and note how people, visitors and goods actually move through the site.

02

Design

Coverage, cable routes, racks and equipment rooms are planned as one system — sized for the building you have now and the growth you expect.

03

Install

Cameras, access control, cabling, Wi-Fi and racks are installed and tested on site, with labelling so the next technician can follow the work.

04

Document

You receive as-built records and a practical handover, so operators can monitor, maintain and expand the system without starting from scratch.
